Recipe on a Hojicha latte (english):
Sift the hojicha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.
Pour a little hot water into the bowl.
Use the bamboo chasen whisk/frother to foam up the tea.
Top the hojicha tea off with steamed, frothed milk of your choice ( we recommend oat) and sweeten to your taste.
Top with grated chocolate.
