The leaves in this incredibly popular Pai Mu Tan with elderflower are naturally wilted and dried in the sun for a delicate deep flavour. The white tea is then infused with elderflower, marigold and a hint of pear oil, making this tea the essence of summer.

Round flavour with nice depth and floral sweetness.

Ingredients: White tea, sunflower blossom, natural elderflower flavour, pear oil.

Preparation

Pai Mu Tan with elderflower is brewed in a preheated jug.

Do not boil the water for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.

Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.

Pour 80 - 85 degrees hot water over the leaves.

Pull time: 4 - 6 minutes.

Tips & Tricks

If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or. "you can also brew on the leaves again.

Store in a dry and cool place.
