Lady Chamomile is an herbal tea containing chamomile, lemongrass, fennel, liquorice root, rooibos, orange peel, lemon verbena, pink pepper and rose petals. An aromatic blend that adds freshness and sweetness to the mild flavour of chamomile.
Lady Chamonile is a herbal tea that is good at any time of day and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Ingredients: chamomile flowers 32%, lemongrass 22%, sweet fennel 8%, rooibos 7%, liquorice root 7%, orange peel 7%, lemon verbena 5%, pink pepper 3%, rose petals 2%.
Preparation
Lady Chamomile is brewed in a preheated jug.
Do not boil the water for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.
Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.
Pour 95 degrees hot water over the herbs.
Pull time: 3 - 4 minutes.
As the herbs give best results by flowing freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot or pour the tea into a preheated teapot.
Tips & Tricks
If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or. "you can also brew on the leaves again.
Store in a dry and cool place.
