Good sleep pack

The Good sleep pack consists of three herbal teas:

Lady Chamomile with pink pepper and pink rose petals, 100 g. This relaxing Chamomile tea also contains lemongrass, fennel, liquorice root, rooibos, orange peel, lemon verbena. It should be brewed with water at around 90 degrees centigrade and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Greek mountain tea with orange, 50 g. Greek Mountain Tea, also known as Sideritis, is a common plant in the Mediterranean region. You can add a little honey to the hot tea. The orange is added in the form of dried orange peel.

Goodnight tea from IDO in South Korea. Goodnight tea is an herbal tea developed by Mr Chou in South Korea.
It consists of South Korean herbs that have undergone a 35-day fermentation process.
Goodnight tea consists of Jeju bamboo leaves ( 30 %), Dan-shen rod ( 40% ), lotusblade ( 30% ).
1 tea bag can be used 2-3 times (3 cups) or for one litre of tea.
The tea tastes mild but deep and is equally good cold or hot.
