Sing Tehus sells tea and related equipment to private individuals and companies. For private individuals, smaller packages are sold, whereas for businesses it is possible to place larger orders. Shipping methods thus vary by order type as described further below.

If you notice unauthorised withdrawals on your card, please do the following: Contact your bank or card issuer and report the unauthorised withdrawal. If your bank or card issuer determines that the unauthorised withdrawal is due to misuse of credit card information that has been disclosed while you were shopping at Sing Tehus ApS and imposes a deductible, you must contact us immediately.
All prices shown on our website include Danish VAT and other taxes. The prices are daily prices.
The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.
Sing Teahouse is subject to printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, sold-out products and delivery failures from our suppliers.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us.

We offer several possible payment methods.
The most secure, and the payment method we recommend to all customers, is to pay with a payment card.
We accept the following card types: .
When paying by electronic payment card, the amount will not be deducted until the goods have been dispatched. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card details cannot be read by outsiders. When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.
We can write down the amount paid at any time - for example, if a product is out of stock or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER Increase the authorised amount.
We have all items shown in stock and will dispatch your order within 24 hours for 1-2 days delivery. We always dispatch orders in order of arrival. During sales, birthdays or similar, there may be longer delivery times. This will be stated on the page.
We offer free shipping to a GLS parcel shop for orders within Denmark over 500kr. Other shipping options start at 39kr. It is possible to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery". A "Track-and-Trace" number will always be sent so that it is possible to follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery point.
When you shop at Sing Tehus, you have a 14-day cancellation period, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. You pay for the freight back to Sing Tehus in TĂĄstrup.
The right of cancellation runs from the day you receive the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of this in a clear statement by email within 14 days after receipt of the goods. After receipt, you may only handle the goods in such a way that you can determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - The item can be tried on in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. We do not take back tea where the packaging is broken and the bag has been opened.
If the item has been used, we consider it to be "used", which means that if you cancel the purchase you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. We consider used goods to have no commercial value.
In the case of a pure return/exchange item, the cost of the return will be borne by you - we will pay for the newly exchanged item to be sent back to you.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery, and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice of this.

Sing Teahouse may be forced to cancel an event due to illness or other reasons. If you can present a ticket for a cancelled event, you will receive a refund. Sing Tehus is not obliged to create a new event.
You can cancel your ticket purchase for an event or cancel your participation in an event 5 days before the event and receive a refund. Cancellation of participation later than 72 hours before the event does not entitle you to a refund.
Naturally, there is a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the product as a result of mishandling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Sing Tehus within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
