White tea with nettle and apple is a new tea developed by Sing Tehus. It is a new type of flavoured tea where the tea is combined with Nordic elements such as nettle and apple. We are trying to expand the possibilities of combining tea with natural flavours. The white tea is a Pai Mu Tan, which is naturally dried in the sun, which gives it more body and depth.
It's a perfect summer tea as it can also be enjoyed cold.
Ingredients: nettle, white tea, cornflowers and dried apple.
Preparation
White tea with nettle, cornflower and apple can be brewed in a normal teapot that is preheated before use. Use 1 tsp. tea per cup and pour over the water when it has cooled to about 80 degrees.
Let the tea steep for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves when the desired strength is reached
