Greek Mountain Tea also known as Sideritis is a common plant in the Mediterranean region. Here in an exciting and flavourful combination of orange peel, nettle, flowers and lemongrass.

Organic Greek Mountain Tea with orange is also particularly good as an iced tea.

Ingredients: ( *= organic ) *Sideritis Syrica ( Greek Mountain Tea ) 31%, *Stinging Nettle, *Lemongrass, *Orange Peel 14%, *Lime Blossom, *Mormon Fruit, *Camomile, natural bergamot flavour.

Organic Greek mountain tea with orange preparation

Organic Greek mountain tea with orange is brewed in a preheated jug.
Do not boil the water for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.

Use 4 grams of tea for 400-500 ml of water.

Water temperature: 95 degrees.

Pull time: 3-5 minutes.

As the tea leaves give best results by floating freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot or pour the tea into a preheated teapot.

Tips & Tricks

If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or. "you can also brew on the leaves again.

Store in a dry and cool place.
