Sweet Bombay

79,00 kr.790,00 kr.

Should it be gift wrapped?

A black tea that evokes a journey to India with sweet vanilla and the characteristic and delicate green jasmine tea. The spicy bergamot adds the sweetness of Earl Grey to complete the experience.

A tea that can be enjoyed at any time of day and is suitable with milk.

Like vanilla tobacco that makes your mind wander.

Description

Preparation

Sweet Bombay is brewed in a preheated jug.

Do not boil the water for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.

Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.

Pour 85-90 degrees centigrade water over the leaves. As this blend contains green tea with jasmine, which does not tolerate boiling water, the result is better if you cool the water slightly before pouring over the tea leaves.

Pull time: 3 - 4 minutes.

As the tea leaves give best results by floating freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot or pour the tea into a preheated teapot

Tips & Tricks

If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or "you can also brew on the leaves again.

Store in a dry and cool place.
