Cold brew package; Japanese roasted barley, green citrus and Golden Yunnan

Cold brewing has become popular as high-quality tea becomes more and more accessible.

Brewing directly in cold water is a slower process, but patience pays off as the result is a finer flavour experience as it is a more gentle process that preserves the delicate aromas and active ingredients.

As a general rule, use a slotted tablespoon for a HARIO bottle and let it steep for at least 1 hour, preferably 8 hours. You can then make several brews from the same leaves. The tea will keep for a few days in the fridge.
This pack consists of:

- 1 HARIO glass tea bottle with internal strainer that holds the leaves back when pouring.
NOTE: The bottle in this package has a green lid.
