Preparation
Rooibos is a light and friendly herbal tea as it cannot become bitter. If you make a large pot and don't empty it, you can leave the rest in the fridge and enjoy it later as a cold tea.
Use 4 grams of tea for 400-500 ml of water.
Water temperature: 95 degrees.
Pull time: 3-5 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or. "you can also brew on the leaves again.
Store in a dry and cool place.
