Tangerine peel is an herbal tea developed by Mr Chou in South Korea that has undergone a 35-day fermentation process.
Good as an evening tea. Nice orange flavour.
Ingredients: mandarin peel
2g can be used 2-3 times (2-3 cups) or for 1 litre of tea. The tea is equally good cold or hot.

Take the kettle off the heat as soon as the water starts boiling to avoid boiling the oxygen out of the water.
Let the water cool down to about 90 degrees.
Use 2g for 1l
The tea can be drunk hot or cold, just make a pitcher and refrigerate.
