Goodnight tea is an herbal tea developed by Mr Chou in South Korea.

Goodnight tea consists of herbs that have undergone a 35-day fermentation process.

In this series there are 5 types (Light, Breathing tea and others) and they complement each other well.

Goodnight tea consists of Jeju bamboo leaves ( 30 %), Dan-shen rod ( 40% ), lotusblade ( 30% ).

1 tea leaf can be used 2-3 times (3 cups) or for 1 litre of tea. The tea has a mild but deep flavour and is equally good cold or hot.
