Breathing tea - fermented herbs.

Breathing tea is an herbal tea developed by Mr Chou in South Korea. Breathing tea consists of herbs that have undergone a fermentation process for 35 days.

In this series there are 5 types (Light, Goodnight, Willowy and Relief tea) and they complement each other well.

Breathing tea consists of Purple Bellflower (60%) and
Oriental Goat Leaf (40%).

1 tea bag can be used 3 times (3 cups) or for 1 litre of tea. The tea tastes very mild and is equally good cold or hot.
