The tea is also known as Dung Ti Jade Oolong. The name Jade Oolong refers to the fact that this Oolong tea is a green Oolong.
The tea is oxidised quite lightly resulting in a tea with a very soft flavour character and floral notes such as lily and orchid.
The tea has a complex flavour. The green-blue tea leaves are rolled into small balls that unfold beautifully during brewing.
