Elegant black tea from the Chinese province of Yunnan, where tea has been cultivated for almost 1700 years and the climate is ideal for producing high quality tea. It is believed that the tea plant Camelia Sinensis has always grown wild in the Yunnan area. "Yun" means cloud and this refers to the very high humidity that characterises Yunnan.
Muscatel Dragon teas are lightly rolled and have a fine spicy aroma with a hint of roses in the aftertaste.

Preparation:
Muscatel Dragon is brewed in a preheated jug.
Do not boil the water for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.
Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.
Pour 95 degrees hot water over the leaves.
Pull time: 3 - 4 minutes.
As the tea leaves give the best results by flowing freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot or pour organic Golden Yunnan onto a preheated teapot.
Tips & Tricks
If you only brew one cup/glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-your-own" tea tray, where the leaves can float freely and release the fine aroma. When using a kopsi or. "you can also brew on the leaves again.
