Brewing instructions:
4 - 5 tsp. tea to 1 litre of boiling water.
The tea is brewed in a preheated teapot. You get the best tea if the leaves float freely, as they release their fine flavour.
Pour the water directly onto the leaves and leave to steep for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove the leaves or pour the tea onto a preheated teapot.
