The tea comes from the Qidan cultivar, descended from one of Dahongpao's six 'mother trees'.
The tea has an intense flavour and a very fascinating floral aroma, accompanied by a roasted note in the aftertaste.
The spicy notes of cinnamon, sweet caramel and sandalwood provide a complete and unique sensory experience.

Brewing instructions:
Gong Fu style brewing instructions for a gaiwan or small teapot: 4 grams - 100 ml.
Rinse: before starting the infusion, rinse the leaves with a very fast washing in order to let them rehydrate and release a more intense brew. Gently cover the leaves with boiling water and pour it after a few seconds.
First brew - 10 seconds / second and following brews - increase brewing time by 5 seconds at every other brew / 95-100° C
