Sing tehus has for many years had a close collaboration with Mrs. Lee and Doctor Chou, who together founded IDO in 2006.
IDO supplies a range of exciting and tasty fermented herbal teas.
In the autumn, we get a visit from Jun, who has been trained in the fermented herbal teas for several years, as he is the son of founder Mrs Lee and has therefore grown up with these teas.
You can meet Jun in Sing teahouse during the day on Thursday 30 October at 3-5pm, where there will be a free open tea tasting. No sign up is required for it.
In the evening this tea tasting will be held with Jun from 18:15-19:45 with registration required. Here, Jun can really go in depth with IDO’s teas and philosophy. Each participant will be given a Korean tea cup for the event to use during the tasting and keep afterwards.
Price incl. tea, cup and Korean snacks: DKK 299.
