Hans Vangsø graduated from Aarhus Art Academy in 1976. He has had numerous group and solo exhibitions in Denmark and abroad in his 40-year career, including a couple of high-profile exhibitions in Japan.
Internationally recognised for his ceramic works, Hans Vangsø is something very special in Danish ceramics, where he always works with great richness in texture and form. Hans Vangsø manages to give his works an inescapable strength, robust elegance and a personal expression.
