Hans Vangsø graduated from Aarhus Art Academy in 1976. He has had numerous group and solo exhibitions at home and abroad in his 40-year career, including a couple of high-profile exhibitions in Japan.
Hans Vangsø is internationally recognised for his ceramic works and is something very special in Danish ceramics, where he always works with great richness in texture and form. Vangsø manages to give his works an inescapable strength, robust elegance and a personal expression.
