Pai Mu Tan


The leaves of a Pai Mu Tan tea are specially selected shoots in accordance to the principle “two leaves and a bud”. Then they are naturally dried in the sun, giving it a sweet taste. These shoots have a special hue which has a gradient of light green to an almost grey-white with an almost velvety surface



Pai Mu Tan is brewed in a small preheated teapot or Gai wan

  • Serve 1 tsp of tea per cup.
  • Add water at 80ºC to the dry tea leaves
  • Brewing time: 3 – 4 minutes
  • The leaves can be used 2-3 times.
