These shoots have a special hue which has a gradient of light green to an almost grey-white with an almost velvety surface

Pai Mu Tan is brewed in a small preheated teapot or Gai wan
- Serve 1 tsp of tea per cup.
- Add water at 80ºC to the dry tea leaves
- Brewing time: 3 – 4 minutes
- The leaves can be used 2-3 times.
