China Mao Feng belongs to the group of the 10-best known and valued teas in China.
It is produced in the highest mountain region of southern China, Anhui province, where in the spring this delicate white tea is hand-picked.
The entire production process takes place by hand. The leaves are long and needle-like with a silver looking tip.
It gives a roasted and fruity flavour that reminds one of nuts and apricots. In general, most white tea compared to other teas has the highest content of antioxidants and the smallest concentration of caffeine.
