Sencha limited is a very high quality ranking above Sencha Midori, as it contains more amino acids and thereby more aroma that gives the natural juicy taste of grass / vegetables.
Sencha is available in many variants, but the production of high quality is a fine process. The leaves are steamed and dried several times producing a sweet round tang. Finally, the leaves are hand-sorted, where twigs and rough leaves are removed.
Eat your tea: When you buy a fresh green tea such as Sencha limited, you can finish your tea break by eating the green leaves! Once you have finished your tea press the leaves slightly so that the excess tea runs out. Add a few drops of mild soy and enjoy
