Hojicha can be brewed in a small teapot.
- Remove the kettle at the moment the water starts to boil.
- Use 2-3 grams (200ml)
- Pour the water over the leaves at 85 – 95ºc
- Let the tea draw for 1-2 minutes and serve.
The tea leaves can be reused 2-3 times by gradually extended draw time.
