Fuyu no hana preparation
Sencha is best brewed in a small preheated teapot where the leaves should be able to flow freely thereby giving their best taste
The water must not boil for a long time, as it boils the oxygen out of the water.
- Serve 1 tsp. tea per cup.
- Add water at 75 – 80ºC to the dry tea leaves
- The leaves can be used 2-3 times.
1st brew: 1 min and 30 sec.
2nd: 30-40 sec
3rd brew: 2-5mins
